Seniors home in Zams

The central problem of the competition was to keep or demolish the existing structure on site. Tough architecturally it has value, functionally and mechanically it is quite outdated. Thus we designed a completely new facility, with the seniors home organized around an atrium, while placing the temporary care-taking units in a longitudinal wing.
