The construction site is located between the Petőfi Bridge and the junction at the intersection of Irinyi, Karinthy and Bogdánfy streets, on the northern border of the former Expo area, which has recently been developing rapidly. The more than one hectare plot listed in the zone 35 is bordered on the southwest by the promenade of 'University City', on the southeast by a currently empty plot and the Church of the Hungarian Saints, and on the northeast and northwest by a neglected green area. The boundary of zone 71 and the plot with different conditions is unmarked, the necessary road connection has not been established yet.
