Graphisoft Park central building

The GRAPHISOFT Information Park is located on the southern part of the area of ​​the former Óbuda Gas Factory, on an area of ​​about 7 ha. During the design process, the area was defined by two factors. One of the factors - the transient - is the character of a previously abandoned factory, the dilapidated buildings, the remnants of the buildings, untidy, neglected areas. The other factor- the eternal - is the Danube and the Danube bank with its serenity, strength and beauty. The GRAPHISOFT Information Park was created by the elimination of the transient character and the validation of the eternal character.

This park has really become a Park, where the main determining factor is the landscape garden and the buildings scattered in it - like a campus. The tranquility, strength and beauty of the influence of the Danube and the Hajógyári Island are fulfilled in this park.

The GRAPHISOFT Headquarters is at the southern part of the Information Park along the Danube. The location is determined by the proximity of the Danube, the beauty of the Danube and the view of the other side, therefore the building complex is located close to the plot boundary next to the Danube.
