The project was to design a winery producing quality Tokaji wine. Designing the building our basic concept was to build the winery using the valuable elements of the significantly transformed stone building on the plot by integrating the walls into our building, making the old elements visible and developing harmoniously with the new block. We made visible the layered stone wall of the original building under the plaster. The facade of the new part of the building, as well as the roof, are made of yellowish-gray stone found in the area. The stone slabs were placed on the roof like tiles referring to the former tiled roof house, however the angle of the roof is progressive. The new stone walls were built without grout in contrast to the old wall.
